Ways To Pray

Jordan + Linsey

Praise the Lord for Jordan and my marriage. Growing alongside each other in our faith and character has been such a blessing. Marriage sands off those rough spots, and I'm very thankful to be doing that with Jordan!

Please pray for wisdom in ministry. Our support has dropped significantly since being married, and this adds questions on which parts of our ministry we should continue and which parts are stopped until support is up (cannot work full time until 80% supported).

Pray for wisdom with Jordan and his job. Things are becoming increasingly frustrating, but he doesn't feel the Lord has released him from it yet. Pray that the Lord continues to use this situation to build his character, as stated in Romans 3:3-4.

Please pray for me, as Jordan is gone for four weeks in November and December. The house gets very lonely, and it is hard to break up the days as I do much work from home.

Please pray for wisdom with Linsey's health. There are some things that just aren't quite right that we are trying to figure out.

Ministries

Generation Hope - Please pray for more interviews. It seems as though the enemy is attacking us in this area as every time we are starting to plan one, something comes up or it doesn't work out. We need 20 fully edited interviews to launch the YouTube Channel but it is hard to find the interviews of strong Indigenous Christians under 35. But this is why we need it, so many of them feel alone and like there aren't any other Christians in the same scenario.

Young Adults Bible Study - I (Linsey) have been getting a lot of comments saying that the Bible Study isn't part of my ministry because it does not have a First Nations focal point. Please pray that I have wisdom with each comment around this. I know how God is working and that is what matters. It is a huge encouragement to those who come and it is usually a huge highlight in my week.

Printshop - Although I originally thought I would be stepping completely out of the Printshop, the Lord had other plans. Although I am not full-time as I was, I am now doing all the design work for the NCEM mission magazine "Northern Lights" and doing some prayer card design. Please pray for my role in the Printshop and that all I do is to bring God glory through the materials printed.

Good News Chapel - Please continue to pray for this church and its role in the hood of Regina. It has a huge impact on the community an there are so many people seeking for truth. Help God's truth penetrate North Central in Regina and start a revival!

Our Families

Clint and Janice - Pray for Linsey's mom and dad and the children in their home (5 foster children under the age of 6). Pray for wisdom and grace. Please also pray that God work through them into these little ones so they may know Jesus as their Lord and Saviour.

Carla - Pray for Jordan's mom as she prepares for a double hip replacement. Pray for a speedy recovery.

Mary - Pray for Mary and her son Aries (19 months old). Pray that Mary can rely on God in all that she does and that she can instill a love for Christ in Aries. Mary also just started her schooling to become a nurse, so please pray for that! She has had excellent marks so far!

Randi + Jarod - Pray for this couple, as they just had their first baby in May! They had a little girl named Mercy. Also, pray as randi travels out to Saskatchewan (they live in Lillooet BC) to visit at the end of November.

Ezren - Please pray that Ezren puts her faith in Jesus and turns away from the darkness. She struggles with trusting God's goodness and needs wisdom in her future. She is living in Estavan, SK, with her boyfriend Damion. She just finished her Heavy Duty Equipment Operator course and passed with flying colours! The instructors said that it is rare to see someone with such raw talent!

Brooklynn - Pray for Brooke as she finishes her teaching degree! Pray for her endeavours in working with the future generation! Pray she can be a Godly influence in the worldly school system.
